Huntsville Holding Company is a locally-owned property management firm founded by graduates of the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). As former college students ourselves, we understand the unique challenges and frustrations that come with renting as a student—from tight budgets to maintenance issues and communication gaps with landlords.

That's why we've built our business around working directly with both students and parents.
